HKA is well-known for connecting our clients with valuable partners for mutually beneficial relationships. The same holds true for us – we are proud to have three strategic partnerships designed as win-win opportunities. We lend our marketing communications support to these prestigious organizations and in some cases also serve as directors on their boards to provide additional strategic insights. Our current relationships include:
HKA formed a strategic partnership with CCA in 2009 and continues to help guide this successful nonprofit as it communicates its mission of restoration, education and conservation. CCA manages the historic district of Crystal Cove State Park, one of OC’s jewels located between Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. The park includes 29 already-restored, mid-century affordable rental cottages, a 1000+acre underwater park, 3.2 miles of pristine coastline and 2,400 acres in the backcountry of El Moro. Seventeen more cottages await restoration from CCA. Hilary Kaye also is a CCA board member.
In 2014, HKA began a strategic partnership with TFTOC to further the organization’s mission of providing youth with translatable life skills through the game of golf. TFTOC creates opportunities for Orange County kids through character-building programs aimed at instilling important values and promoting healthy choices. HKA delivers public relations and marketing communications support for TFTOC’s numerous programs and initiatives – with a primary focus on media relations and social media. Kevin Twer, an avid golfer and golf industry authority, also serves on TFTOC’s board of directors.
HKA enjoys a mutually beneficial partnership with the Orange County office of the global accountancy EY (formerly Ernst & Young). Since 2007, HKA has been tapped to market EY’s annual The Entrepreneur of the Year (EOY) program, working closely with the nominees, semi-finalists, finalists, winners, sponsors and EY professionals. HKA was thrilled to see three local CEOs take home national EOY awards in 2012, the largest number of national winners ever from a single region in one season.
