Delaine Moore is a multidimensional Account Manager at HKA, where she develops and implements integrated PR and marketing campaigns to connect diverse clients with their target audiences. Delaine is adept at solving and simplifying complex issues and advancing critical messages to various stakeholders across traditional and digital platforms. She is a seasoned, enthusiastic and results-driven communications leader with an artistic flair and an extensive background in creating and executing marketing communications campaigns, leveraging effective social media strategies and managing large-scale events.
Prior to joining HKA, Delaine led the communications efforts for the Orange County Business Council (OCBC) – a notable organization that advances the business interests of prominent corporations throughout the region and state. At OCBC, Delaine spearheaded an array of campaigns that yielded widespread media coverage, passage of state legislation and overall positive social and economic change for the county. She also previously worked for a regional affordable housing organization and a digital startup, developing social strategies to increase awareness and engagement.
Delaine hails from Chico, California, where she graduated from CSU Chico with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and International Relations. In her spare time, she explores new hiking trails, scouts the local music scene and enjoys local breweries.
